Q: How do I place an order on your website? 
Browse the collections, and select the product you wish to order. You can add the quantity, and then click on "Add to Cart." When you are ready to check out, follow the "Proceed to Checkout" link from your cart to fill in all your details and preferred payment to complete the order.

  Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept several payment forms: credit and debit card, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and cash on delivery. You will see all the available options during checkout.

  Q: How do I track my order after purchasing?  

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order tracking link by email or SMS. Click on the link to track your order status in real-time. You can even sign into your Bshopy account and check the "My Orders" section.

  Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?  
Orders may be canceled or altered within a specified timeframe after an order is made. Contact us at customer support services as soon as you have placed the order for any changes or cancellations. If your order has been processed, it might be too late for any amendments to be made to it.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?  

  Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email with all the details, followed by an invoice once your order has been processed.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Different shipping methods take a different time frame from delivery according to the customer's location. Generally, it will take 3-7 business days from the date of order was placed to delivery. You'll be updated with the status of your orders, and the tracking information will be sent to you.
