Bshopy As Agent (Buy for Me) service

1. Bshopy is only the purchase agent which provides customer international purchase service and forwarding service from China e-commerce seller.
2. Bshopy responsible for any wrong item, as well as damage item because bshopy shopping behalf on you from the best supplier.
3. No cancellation for order already in purchased. No combine allows or add items after order placed.
4. Bshopy will be responsible for any custom duty tax. Bshopy will be responsible for destination custom duty tax.
5. Prohibited restrict sensitive goods and virtual item is not entitled to any claims. Customer bear the own risk. Especially motherboard, mobile or computer electronic device. (Refer delivery policy)
6. Bshopy not provide any warranty or any after sales service.
7. Bshopy will responsible to charge back with seller when items in order not arrive to hub in 10-14 days or item are out of stock, refund process will take 5-10 days.
8. You can follow step by step and your shopping will be totally done under our expert so do not worry about it.

Forwarding Parcel (Ship for Me) service

1. Bshopy will be responsible of any goods problem in parcel or any damage during shipping after delivery if product will be damage and deliver wrong product to customer than we need to proper video for unpacking for return the product.
2. Bshopy not provide any insurance protection. For those high risk or valuable goods either listed as prohibit or sensitive goods at delivery policy. All risk and responsible undertake by customer.
3. Please make sure that your product does not contain forbidden items, if your product is forbidden items then order will not place by us.
4. Any re-packing inquiry or any special request will additionally charge for cny10 each parcel.
5. If you have selected removed box, we not bear any responsibility for any loss and damage to the items.
